2. Scope

3. Availability, order and follow-up

The service provider, Rendez-vous Parisiens, agrees to offer by email to the customer a confirmation of availability, a date proposal and a detailed estimate within a maximum period of 72 hours.

Any order implies acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale.

Ordering a service implies full acceptance of these general conditions of sale which prevail over any other document.

4. Prices

The prices of the tours as presented on the website www.rendez-vous-parisiens.com are expressed in euros and all taxes included. The services will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force on the day of registration of the firm and final order.

The prices are contractual prices. No dispute relating to the price of the Service may be taken into account as soon as the order is effective (confirmation by email).

5. Payment conditions

The reservation of the service is final when the quote is returned dated and signed with the mention "Good for agreement" and accompanied by a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the order. The deposit can be paid by check or bank transfer. The balance is to be paid 30 days before the date of the start of the service.

Once the payment has been made, a booking confirmation will then be sent by email to the customer.

The reservation of services will only be considered final after receipt of payment of the deposit by the customer.

Rendez-vous Parisiens will not be required to provide the services ordered by the customer if the payment of the deposit has not been paid in full in accordance with the above conditions.

6. Conditions and fees in case of cancellation

The cancellation of the service, by Rendez-vous Parisiens or the client, after the booking confirmation is subject to the provisions below.

7. Cancellation attributable to Rendez-vous Parisiens

Rendez-vous Parisiens undertakes to be present on the date, time and place of appointment specified when booking.

In the event of force majeure or exceptional events, which does not allow Rendez-vous Parisiens to provide the service (weather conditions, strike in museums and institutions, absence of the guide, closing of the places visited), the full amount of the deposit will be refunded to the customer.

8. Cancellation attributable to the customer

Any order canceled by the customer before the day of the service (weekends and holidays included) will give rise to penalties invoiced according to the following conditions:

- Cancellation made more than 30 calendar days before the start of the service: 30% of the total price of the service

- Cancellation made between 15 to 30 calendar days before the start of the service: 50% of the total price of the service

- Cancellation made between 7 and 14 calendar days before the start of the service: 75% of the total price of the service

- Cancellation made less than 7 calendar days before the start of the service: 100% of the total price of the service

The client must make sure to be on time and at the meeting place before the start of the tour.

If the customer cancels after the fixed meeting time or if he does not show up at the meeting place no later than 30 minutes from the agreed time, the customer will not receive any exchange or refund and the amount of the tour price will be due, in full.

9. Liability and warranty

The services marketed and listed on the site www www.rendez-vous-parisiens.com comply with French regulations in force.

The texts and the photographs illustrating the presentation of the visits on the site www.rendez-vous-parisiens.com are not contractual and of this fact could not engage the responsibility for Rendez-vous parisiens in any capacity and in any way whatsoever.

During the visit, participants are under their own civil liability. Rendez-vous Parisiens cannot be held responsible for accidents or thefts during the visit.

10. Settlement of disputes and jurisdiction

If you do not comply with one of the provisions of these general conditions of sale and, in general, any difficulty relating to the execution, interpretation or validity of these, are subject to French law and French courts.

11. Customer acceptance

These Terms and Conditions are expressly approved and accepted by the customer who declares and acknowledges having read them, having perfect knowledge of them, and therefore renounces to avail himself of any contradictory document and, in particular, his own general conditions purchase, which will not be enforceable against Rendez-vous Parisiens even if it has knowledge of it.
